Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Pearl Botanics, every order is prepared with care, quality, and attention to detail. Because our products are personal care and cosmetic items, and for hygiene and product integrity reasons, all purchases are final.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong item

• Incorrect product selection

• Duplicate orders

• Personal preference regarding scent, texture, or product experience

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

No Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Orders may begin processing shortly after checkout, and we cannot guarantee changes to shipping information, product selection, or order details after purchase.

By placing an order with Pearl Botanics, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Although all sales are final, we will review concerns involving items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at admin@pearlbotanics.com. Please include:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution when appropriate. Items must not be discarded until the issue has been reviewed.

Shipping Issues

Pearl Botanics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, missing apartment/unit numbers, or circumstances outside our control.

If a package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order is reshipped.
