Shipping Policy

At Pearl Botanics, each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped with attention to quality and presentation.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received, excluding weekends and holidays.

During product launches, promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier. Pearl Botanics is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high package volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Locations

Pearl Botanics currently ships to addresses within the United States, unless additional shipping options are made available at checkout.

We do not ship to locations where our products are restricted, prohibited, or unable to be delivered by the selected carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout, including apartment numbers, unit numbers, building numbers, and ZIP codes.

Pearl Botanics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order is reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Pearl Botanics is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We also recommend checking with neighbors, household members, building staff, or your local post office.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at admin@pearlbotanics.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box or mailer

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution when applicable.

Final Sale Reminder

All purchases are final. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless Pearl Botanics determines that an error occurred with your order.
